What is the World team board?
How
do I add a team?
First,
check that your team is not already
on the World Team Board. See Search.
Click
the button Add A Team and complete the boxes. Click Submit.
Your
team will be submitted to the WTB for approval.
Once approved it will appear on
the board.
I
added a team but it does not show?
All
submitted teams have to be approved by the World Team Board.
Once
approved
your team will appear on the list normally within 24hrs.
If
a team gets no support, they will eventually be deleted.
How
do I support a team?
Find
your team in the list and click New Supporter.
Complete
the boxes with your details.
Your
name/nickname does not have to be your own name.
You
may prefer to use a nickname or group name for you and your group of friends.
Choose
the currency and number of points you wish to purchase.
Click
the pay pal to complete the secure payment.
Can
I increase/top up my points?
Yes,
find your team and click on the team name and it will take you to
the list of supporters.
Find
your name in the list and click the Top Up Link.
Choose
the currency and number of points you wish to purchase.
Click
the pay pal to complete the secure payment.
Why
do you not uses passwords and logons?
World
Team Board offers the opportunity
of supporters to support their team individually
or as a group.
Once
you see the supporter listing you can actually click the TopUp link next to any
supporter to add points
to that team.
Can
other people support the team I add?
Definitely, once the team has been added, any new supporter can join the list of
supporters.
Someone
else has increased my points, why?
Dont
worry! When someone clicks the TopUp link next to your name
It
always starts a new payment, even if you click your own TopUp link you
Will
have to enter all your payment details again.
This
is to let a group of supporters use the same supporter name to get to the top of
the supporter list!
Why
cant I buy any number of points I want?
The
World Team Board has structured its points prices to be as fair as possible
to all
supporters
and
gives more choice to smaller contributions.
What
name/nickname should I use?
Some supporters may not be happy to give their real name and town, others will.
So as long as name/nickname does not contravene any of the
WTB
rules (i.e. profanities etc) the choice is yours.
My
team appears many times, but spelt slightly differently?
The
World Team Board will attempt to keep variations to a minimum.
However any that
slip through and gain points will remain.
In
any case, the most favoured team name will gain the most points and
Attract
the most supporters.
I
made a payment, but the points did not show
All payments can be individually identified within the secure pay pal system.
We
will be happy to check for any missing payments.

I
added points to the wrong supporter ,can I change them over?
Unfortunately not. All processed points will go to that supporter.
Can
a group of people support a team as one supporter?
Yes, this is a common feature of the WTB. Simply create a new supporter and use
a
nickname for your group
i.e. Dinos Bar, New York or
Best Ever Fans, London
and all your group/friends can use the topup link to add points.
My
teams Sport / category is not in the list?
Use
the Contact Us for the WTB to consider your category request.
How
do I search for a team?
Click the link Search for a Team.
Enter the letters you want to search on
and choose a category and country if you need to.
The
search results will be returned.
